THE COLLAB

Here’s one of my first collaborative shoots with Estilo Beauty Inc. – I did some headshots for Ana’s portfolio and then had some fun outside! I was inspired from a shoot that Irene Rudnyk did called “sisterhood” and recreated a similar concept.

This shoot was actually rescheduled initially and then on the new date, black storm clouds rolled in right when the last model was almost done her makeup. My heart sunk and I was so sad that I might get rained out again after all this hard work. Nonetheless, we quickly got in the car and drove down the street to a hill in our neighbourhood and hoped for the best.

It started to sprinkle rain but soon the black clouds passed us in the distance and I was gifted a beautiful rainbow!! Within the span of 45 minutes, the sun set and the sky had so many colours in it that it look liked photos 15 minutes apart were completely different days.
